There are six ways in which Angels let you know that they are currently around you.

Sometimes when it comes to love we have to make the decision that is going to benefit us the most, unfortunately that may mean having to move on from a relationship we are in. Recently, having to make that decision and ending a relationship I come to realize the hardest thing is not so much having to leave the person you was with, but rather the things you leave behind in that relationship.
That does not mean we did not love the person, it simply means we have had to do what is going to be best for us in the long run and for the long term. Yes I did love my partners in the relationship I decided to leave, but the hardest thing for me was leaving behind my belonging and my fur babies. Sometimes just loving someone isn’t enough to stay in a relationship especially when we are feeling neglect and all alone in the relationship. Also, the more people involved and putting their two cents in the more confusing things can be. Sometimes, it comes down to what is going to make us happier and the strongest in the long run. Sometimes, you just cannot tell the person you have to leave the relationship especially when they are the type that will apply guilt to get you to stay.
I am the type that believes that fighting for love in a relationship works, but that has to come from both ends of the spectrum in the relationship and with both people. A relationship is about all people involved in the relationship not just the one. It is not about staying in the relationship so you are not alone, trust me nobody wants to feel alone and unwanted. Nobody for sure can say why we fall in love and sometimes when we love someone so much we do not want to see the problems and deal with the issues. In many cases, when it comes to love talking about these things can help, but only when both are willing to talk about them and also listen to the needs of the other person.
When you leave what you known for so long, especially after years it can be so hard to move on from the relationship because it is not the fact you left the relationship it is more of the fact what you are leaving behind. Love can be like a double edged sword in a way. The first being is you use it to fight and defend the person you are with, and the other being them using it to harm you and vice versa. Yes, even though you left the person you still have some love for them no matter how much you want to deny it or fight the thoughts. I have often said to many of my clients that if you are not happy in a situation in life you have to take the power within yourself to change that, including in the situations of love when you are feeling trapped, alone, or even unwanted.
The major point I am making with this article is that you have to decide what is best for your and harness your own power to forge and shape your destiny and your path in life. Sometimes in life thing do not go how we expect them to or what we have planned, but that does not mean they world ends after leaving the situation. No matter how much pain you are going through you are strong enough to hold on and make things better in your life. You are able to be make a new beginning for yourself. Thing you got to realize is that you have the power to make a brighter future for yourself and that things are not set in stone despite how many hard knock you take or how many road blocks you encounter. The only thing these mean is you much adapt, learn, and grow stronger from them.
Do not let others dictate who you are or where you need to be in your life, you have to be strong enough to determine that for yourself. Hope and positivity always springs eternal you just need to be able to see it for yourself. Secret is that even in situations of love new things and someone new will come your ways if your can just hold on and fight for what you believe in.

recommended many times to my clients, friends, and family on things they can do to help empower themselves. First things would be write out what you want to achieve. This gives you a visual focus and will help you be able to see what you are wanting and needing in your life. From there take that and define with goals and step how to go about achieve these things. The odds are the more define and goal oriented you are the faster and better you will achieve these things you are wanting to achieve.
Besides writing out your goals I also recommend daily affirmations for empowerment and meditation to help you focus yourself. Let’s face the more stress and anxiety we have on something the more negativity we draw that can hold us back. We have to count our losses and move past them and let go of that negativity in our lives. Meditation and daily affirmations can help us with this. Gear yourself toward success and your goals and focusing on the positives in a situation.
No plan is ever perfect, but that is why doing the work needed and adapting such plan is needed. That is life though nothing will go exactly as planned, but if we be strong and adapt to till we can cause things to get better and running more smoothly. Also, something to remember in such situations is have backup plans on things, because without backup plans in a situation you will ultimate cause yourself to feel like you ate stuck in a rut. This will allow you to begin to doubting yourself and your abilities and this can never be a good thing. After all everything begins with ourselves first, and if we do not have confidence in ourselves how can we expect others to do so?

Every Soul does seek to connect with its “other half”. Each of us has another part that is the perfect balance of either male or female, yin or yang to ourselves. When we incarnate into this earth plane we are separated from the other half of our soul. We spend lifetimes longing and yearning for him or her. The sad part is most of us are told to get an education, find a career and make money, but rarely are we told to find our Bliss. In today times there are times we as individual’s thing it is best to care about what other may think about us a person. While doing this at times often we outsource what makes us happy as a person to cater to the need of others. This seems to be the trend and the very thing the most of society is broadcasting to us. Such examples would be for instance super models. They what to try to convince us that if we want to be happy we have to achieve a body of a super fit person or they tell us that if we want to be happy in our relationships we need to be with someone with the body of a Greek god.
For some this may be what they chose they want, but for the mass majority that is not always the best things. What may be right for one person may not always be right for us. To be happy in life we do not need to outsource or sacrifice our happiness in order to find what makes us happy. The only person in life you can be responsible for is yourself, and therefore the only person that can determine what will make you happy is yourself. It is nice that we take other opinions in consideration, however in doing so we need to make sure that their point of view is not imposing on our own.
Happiness beings within ourselves first. You have as an individual have to first look at yourself and accept yourself for who you are, what you stand for, and ultimately how you look. These are the first steps you must take in order to be mentally fit and secure within yourself. Once you have done that you have to decide what things you like and do not like. If there is something about yourself you feel that is lacking or is something you do not personally like then change it for yourself not for someone else. For instance you may look at your body and thinking that you have gained weight. You as a person have to decide if that is something you can live with or change. If you can’t live with it then dos something for yourself to make that change. Other people, especially those that are not secure with their lives or themselves will always find something they do not like about you. You have the power within yourself to determine if you can or cannot live with something when it comes to you.
When it comes to connection to who we are sometimes this can be a difficult thing to do, however not an impossible thing to do with some practice. You cannot expect to know someone else or even love someone else if you do not have either for yourself. I have mentioned many times in my previous articles that writing in a journal can help you relieve stress and help you begin to healing and take not in yourself. So I have been working on create a morning journal exercise that will help you focus on what you wish to accomplish on a day basis.
Along with this morning journal exercise I meditate and talk with deity to help guide my day and surround myself with a white light that purges me of negativity and not allow it to stick with me. I feel a strong sense of self helps you in many areas of your life.

You must exercise your body and feed it the proper nutrition it need to grow and be healthy. Life and the situations is no different, you have to exercise action in order to bring healthier things into your life.
Life itself is meant to be savored in all its flavors, it is hard enough at times without us holding on to the past issues like they are a trophy that defines us this in itself is being a fool. It shape the person we are, but it does not define the person we are in the future. The longer you hold on to something the longer you choose to ride that negativity merry go around and allow yourself to be trapped and stuck. When it comes to the present and to the future you have to have growth in your life, you have to be able to balance and harmonize your foundation and situations in your life, and you have to harmonize and balance all aspect of yourself mind, body and spirit. When it comes to your life you are the one in charge of it and it is your responsibility to do your own weeding and maintain it. That mean quick being a sissy and making excuses for why you cannot do something or why you are where you are. The absolute real truth and wisdom here is you are the one that caused it by your thoughts and your actions, no one else. It is your poor decision and action that lead you to this point in your life, and only person you can blame is yourself. Sometimes we need a slap in the face of reality to make us see what is in front of us, much like sometimes we need someone to push us in the right direction when guiding us.

Earlier today I watch this video of this man that has been struggling with weight issues all his life, and the steps he took toward being coming healthier and taking a positive step in his life. Much of the stuff he said in the video I felt at times before I started my weight loss and fitness journey to a healthier and positive self. When we are faced with problems in life the longer they persist, eventually we get to a point where something snap and we finally awaken to create positive change. We have to reflect on ourselves and who we are, what we truly are wanting in life, and creating goals to achieve such things. Taking the time to love and care about who we are is not selfish, it is something we all should be doing to be a healthier person and to have peace of mind and positivity in our life.
We at times get wrapped up in the things we are doing on a daily basis that we at times forget to focus on our needs as an individual. Such things as going to work, taking care of our families, helping a fried in need. These things can keep us busy and can very much take the focus off our needs, our desire, and want we are wanting. As I said before, eventually we hit a breaking point or one big wall and we begin to wake up. I find that taking about 30 minutes a day to reflect on my life and meditate on it help me puts things into a much broader prospective for me and very much helps me see the bigger picture. Part of taking care of ourselves is doing the work and taking the time to clean out the stress bank in our minds in order to create change and find the will to implement that change in our lives. This can be change our thinking, change our action, severing ties to toxic people, or generally getting rid of the things in our life that no longer serve a as growth in our lives.
When people think of exercise they see work and a long process, but they fail to see how change begin to take hold in their life. Something that has truly surprised and made me even motivated in my life. When we exercise out body it is not just merely physical changes that happen, there is also mental changes that happen, and also spiritual changes that happen.
Exercising and fitness has been a great positive release for me to let go of stress, worries, doubts, and fear. Through the milestone I have made so far I have experienced a get deal of things from the physical changes to my body to event he spiritual side of me as well. Reflecting on my life and what I wish to get from it helped me see that I needed to change and I was feeling it being with my health and they lack of exercise.

Depression and anxiety issues are the more common metal disorders diagnosed in the world today. However it is more useful not to think of them and a mental disorder, but rather and a dysfunction in the brain. Recent studies have shown that what is on our mind does in fact impact our body and our health in many ways including on a mental level. Like all things in life it is important to realize the symptoms of anxiety and depression and how they are affecting your life. Although there are many symptoms to depression the more common one are sleeping disorders, shifts in appetite and weight, loss of energy and fatigue, thoughts of death and suicide, being irritable, anxious, change in thought patterns, memory loss, stomach aches, headaches and migraines, feeling persistently sad, hopeless, or lack of self-worth.
As a psychic adviser I do not have any type of medical degrees, but I do feel it is part of my responsibility to help advice my client the best I can. As being a person that has been diagnosed with depression disorder, anxiety disorder and bipolar disorder I can sympathize with people who are dealing with these types of issues. The thing to realize is even though they are classified as mental disorders, it is more useful of think of them as disruptions in our brain health. There are things that we can do to help deal with such issues both from profession counseling, medication, and exercises to help us not only to address the issues but identify what trigger these dysfunctions. For instance how we move, what we and drink, how we deal with stress and situation in our life, and even our lifestyle itself can all contribute to these issues. It is vitally important being able to classify and identify these triggers.
I have found that there are several thing that can help people deal with these triggers that I use to help me when these are triggered. First being writing and keeping a journal, because let’s face it sometimes we do not always feel comfortable talking with other people about what is going on with us when it comes to our thoughts and feelings. I also recommend that you share this with your counseling professional to help document and help you find other things you are able to do. Thing to remember is they are there to help us not to judge us. You are not crazy because you are seeking help when you have a problem.
Meditation is another great way in dealing with triggers when they occur. Recent studies have shown that both the spiritual and the mind can affect the body. Remember that stress that impact our body and most definitely play a part in our triggers. Meditation help us relieve the stress and help our body relax and sometimes can play apart in helping us find what is triggering these symptoms. Self-awareness is vital function of understanding and dealing with triggers when they occur.
Breathing exercises are another way to help relieve the stress and help us relax. Taking in slow deep breathe help because it cause relaxation with the body and it can also help when you are trying to meditate as well. Getting into nature is another way of getting relaxed when these triggers occur. It has been suggested that a change in scenery can help put our mind at ease and help our body relax and nice walk in nature can help add some beauty into the situation and help you get some fresh air as well.
Exercise has been proven not only helps impact our physical health but also out mental health as well. When we exercise we are moving our body and increasing oxygen to our body and our brain. Also, exercising helps releases frustrations as well especially weight lifting or even yoga. Getting plenty of replenishing sleep. Sleep impact our body in a numerous of ways and it is important for us to get at least 8 hours of replenishing sleep a night. It help the body and mind heal and regenerate.
Spending time with supportive family and friends. Having a good solid support system is vital when you are having or experiencing these triggers. It is important that they are not judgmental because it is about your overall health that is at stake here. Sometime it helps talking to someone that we trust and that supports us.
Popular to contrary belief we have to learn to accept imperfection and control. We cannot expect everything to be perfect because in life nothing is ever perfect it is how we view them and how we deal with them that make the difference. Also realizing that we cannot control everything in our lives, sometimes in life there are things we cannot control. Admitting both of these things can in fact help us in dealing with trigger when we experience them.
Practicing forgiveness is something else we should keep in mind, because we have to take responsibility for what we do and say. This does not mean allow people to make you feel guilt when you have done nothing wrong, but this does mean recognizing when we have done wrong and taking responsibility for it. Holding a grudge or unwanted or unneeded anger in not healthy. It can add to the stress of our body and impact our health.
Eat/ Drink functional foods is another way in maintain health brain and body function. Like exercise what we eat and drink can impact out mind and body. We have to give out body health food in order to help with the healing and regeneration process. So it is vital on paying attention to what we are eating and drink on a daily basis.
Lastly practice gratitude on a daily basis. If you want positive things in your life and have quality of life you have to be able to be thankful for what you have in life. We all deserve to be happy and deserve to have good things in our lives, but in no mean are we entitled to them. Like all things in life we have to work for them. Also, being thankful for the supportive people in our lives because sometimes people need to hear that we are thankful for them being a part of our life and being there for us.
These just a few examples of things we can do as well with treatment with our provider and medical team that can help us with dealing with our triggers. In the past I have wrote many articles on relationship building and how to make a term relationship through basic foundation building. When it comes to dating in the modern world you have to remember that times are changing and that is an ever constant thing. Every person has their ideas of what they need and want in a relationship when it comes to them, but also if you are getting to know someone or you are with someone you have to be able to take both opinions in this matter and balance them out. In all reality a relationship is about balance.
First thing to remember is communication because it is important to be able to talk and communicate with you partner. You have to be direct, clear and honest when it comes to your communication with your partner. Being comfortable with them to be able to talk to them about anything with the relationship you are not comfortable with. Also, remember no relationship is going to be completely perfect because people are not perfect mistakes happen and sometimes fears come up. It is being able to your partner about these things and together working on these things.
Arguments are normal in a relationship as well, but this does not mean you blow off the handle and allow yourself to get so stressed out to the point you do not talk about it. Speaking as someone being in my relationship with my partner for 10 years yes there are times when you argue that you want to shut down and not listen to them. This can be a huge mistake to make because this closes communication and can lead to other issues. Instead talk it out with them come to a balanced comprise and ways to address the issues before they become bigger. Also, we all say thing when we are mad and stressed out at times that we do not mean and through communication you can work anything out just take time and effort from both ends. If the other person hurts you in a relationship, hurting them back on purpose will likely destroy your relationship. If you feel the need to “get back at” the person you’re with, you shouldn’t be with them.
For instance most arguments in a relationship are about money issues with people living together. If you are living together it is both people to help contribute to the bills because it is the fair thing to do. There are some men out there that feel it is their job to be the provider, but a relationship is not about co-dependency. You have to remember that everyone especially your partner is wanting to feel independent and wanting to feel they are contributing to the relationship. This is something that should be remembered. If you are in traditional type of relationship thinking where the man is working and paying the bills, then it is only fair for you to be willing to take care of the home and do the house cleaning. Remember when it comes to this it is both give and take.
As I said before when it comes to people we are not perfect and we all have our issues that we need to work on. It is not about fixing a person it is about accepting them for who they are and encouraging them to become a better person. When you try to fix a person this can create issues because your partner may not feel they need to be fixed, you can talk to them about how something they due may make you feel hurt in the relationship because it is normal that at times we do feel hurt in the relationship by something they may do or say. Again communication is key here, but also it is about understanding where they are coming from and their background and listening to what they have to say. Remember in a relationship it is not about who wear they pants or control the money. Trust me that can get you in more hot water then what you are wanting.
We all want to experience romance in a relationship that special of truly being accepted and shown that in a thoughtful way. Something to remember here is not everyone is going to express their idea of romance like they do in all the romantic movies, because everyone all has their ideas of what romance is. It is like the old saying it is the thought that goes behind it that counts. Instead if you are paying attention and really taking interest in your partner you know what they like and what they do not like. I recommend keeping it simple because it is not about impressing them, it is about showing them how much you care and love them. Also, when it comes to sexual performance it is not all about sex. Yes, in a relationships there are times that you want the physical expression and connection, but do not base a whole relationship around it. However, it is always fun to spice things up and broaden your horizons in this area through trying and experimenting with new techniques, toys, lubes, and whatever else you may think of. For instance it is not a bad thing for a guy to verbally express how they feel about their partner. Trust me, everyone want to know how their partner feel about them and they emotions they have for them.
Remember in every relationship there has to be ground rule or boundaries from the get go of what you are both are willing to deem appropriate and willing to accept. This is normal and healthy in a relationship. And it is very important to take note and really learn of these things. You cannot get upset if your partner does something that has not been discussed or brought up. If there is something that is going to cause you insecurity in the relationship you need to be honest and speak up about it and expressing your thoughts and feeling about it and be honest. Something else to remember is talking about what happen in your relationship with other people, because this can backfire especially if they are not happy in their relationship or holding on to some resentment. I have always been one to say if you are not happy with something talk it out with your partner, because you are in the relationship with them and only with them can you fix it.
If you find there is something you need advice on in your relationship do some research internet articles, books, licensed professional or even getting tips from friend and family member. Just remember you are looking for opinion and suggestion here and do not take everything with a grain of salt or the absolute truth. However, when you do have the information you are looking for discuss it with your partner because in all honesty it can help.
I find that every once in a while it is nice to revisit places you both enjoyed in the beginning of the relationship because this shows how thoughtful and how much you do care and love them. For instance in my relationship when we first began it we make things for one another and honestly we still do and everything my partner has made me is either on display in my office or in a special box that made to keep them safe and in a special place.
Lastly, when your intuition or gut feeling is telling you something is off trust that instinct because if something does not feel right to you that is a warning indicator that you are needing to talk with your partner and express this. Yes, this can be a though thing but nothing get fix or addressed with being silent and you never know how your partner may feel about it either.

It is my firm belief that meditation and breathing exercise can help us within our daily life if we all them to do so. Much like the body need exercise and the proper nutrition to be healthy so does out mind and spirit. Meditation and Breathing techniques has been around for many centuries and they do help and allow yourself to heal in a whole. One piece of advice I have for you don’t get impatient in life and allow yourself to get so stress out that you feel is negativity. Even if things are so tangled up you feel that you do not have the power to do anything. It is often in these situation in life that that does cause us to doubt thing, Feel stressed and tensed up, that causes us to feel we want to blow up at every little insignificant thing, especially in today’s world where we feel we have to keep the fast pace that this work seems to be going. Sometimes you have to just slow down and stop where you are go inward in order to find answers and to find the healing we are needing. Too many of us hold on to the past negativity and let downs in order to fully allow ourselves to heal and move on.
Second piece of advice I have for you is this be aware of your own mind. Let it be undisturbed and free of confusion, because only then can you be of help to others. To know yourself, you must first sacrifice the illusion that already you do. You are the door the path and the light to your own true self. To allow yourself to be defined by your past mistakes is foolish, yes the past helps shapes us and where we are standing at now, but that is not the thing that defines us as a human being and as an individual. This article is about meditation and breathing exercises that will help you find who you are and something I have used and still use to this day even in reading with clients.
I first discovered this when I read a book by Rick Hanson, Ph.D entitled Buddha’s Brain, from there I have found a great many others with the same logic and a great many book that have added to my wisdom and knowledge of things. In his book he discusses the PNS monitoring system. This system simplified control the rest and digestive systems in out body. As our body needs the proper amount of rest to be healthy, it also need food to proper digest and supply our body with the right amount of nutrition as well. He further explains that the situations in our life that cause us stress, to be unbalanced, unfocused can impact this system of our body and in turn can cause us to experience some unpleasant side effects because of it. As I do believe and firmly believe in many eastern philosophies that everything is connected with a fine strand so is the human body in terms of the mind body and spirit. Everything that manifests itself in the physical realm first start with thought and manifests itself in the spiritual realm first. The human mind is the most powerful tool on the face of this planet and therefore our thoughts do have power as well.
The following exercise and breathing technique and be used in your meditation session. This has been a game changer for me in hundreds of stressful situations. It is a stealth practice for anytime, anywhere and effective right away. Don’t be fooled by its simplicity, you will be amazed by how powerful it can be, especially the more that you do it. Slow, Deep, Full Breaths. Allowing your mind and body to relax is key to this and not worry about what is going on current in your life. Don’t force your thoughts just breath and relax your mind and body and allow yourself to travel inward in order to find the answers you are seeking.
1. Move into a comfortable seated position.
2. When you inhale, fill your lungs slowly and fully, hold for a moment, and then exhale slowly and completely.
3. Try breathing in this way for 60 seconds and resume your day. Repeat as needed.
Why does it work? Many times in our lives we have heard the expression we are what we eat, this is also true of our thought and we are what we think. What we feed our mind is just as important as what we are feeding our body. We are complex electrical beings and many things will affect our body, our mind, and spirit. On a physical level Deep, long inhalations expand your bronchioles, which are the pathways in the lungs to the small alveoli where oxygen enters the bloodstream and carbon dioxide exits. Your PNS is in charge of constricting the bronchioles, so by making them open and expand with a big breath, you activate the PNS to shrink them back to their “resting” size. In addition to the immediate calming benefits of activating your PNS through breathing practices, the long-term payoffs include lower blood pressure if elevated, stronger immune system function, improved mood, clarity in thinking processes, a better and more restful sleep progress, and many more based on the person.
The more you practice this simple technique in your life the easier it becomes. In today’s fasted paced and stressful world we need to be able to slow down and stop take a moment for ourselves to relax and commune with all things around us. Negativity and insecurities and holding on to them can be stressful to mind body and spirit. You have to have balance on all levels and this also mean you have to prioritize your life and begin a detailed action plan. You already know where the imbalance is in your life and where the stress is, but you have to be willing to do something about and grab all your courage and all your strength in order to correct it. You cannot expect to get something without putting the work into it.
That would be like expecting to go on a trip in your car, but yet you have not put fuel in it in order to go on that trip and that is how our mind, body and spirit works as well. You have to be willing to travel inward of yourself to find purpose, understanding, compassion and unity with all force of life. Through this repetitive process we begin to find confidence, strength, higher purpose, wisdom, and knowledge. We can also form connections with our spiritual guides, angel, and totem spirits that help guide and aide us in our life. Negativity, imbalance, and insecurities from not having that connection ourselves.
I believe that introversion is my greatest strength I have such a strong inner life that I’m never bored and only occasionally lonely. No matter what mayhem is happening around me, I know I can always turn inward. Something to remember about life and even life situation is this. Forever we come, forever we go, forever the round of life, death, and rebirth, from beginning to ending and back to beginning. Yet a mystery here abides, and something there is for us to know. Just like moons and suns, with certainty of tides, just like hopes springing high, still I’ll rise. Sometimes, stepping back into a space you were once afraid of makes you realize how far you’ve moved forward. Compassion is not a relationship between the healer and the wounded. It’s a relationship between your mind, body and spirit. Only when we know our own darkness well can we be present with the darkness of others. Compassion becomes real when we recognize our shared humanity and how we relate to others. Sometimes it takes the worst pain to bring about the best change.
